Dudes, Bad Chad was drained as **** AND his ass was KO'd in training.

    :patsch

Martinez's victory over Junior is greater than Ward's KO victory of a drained and recently KO'd Dawson.

    :deal

However, Ward belongs in the Top 10 for his Super Six run.

So presumably you have Mayweather, Pacquiao, Martinez and who else above Ward? Not saying you're wrong just wondering who you place above him.

It's not greater than his schooling of Froch, though.

    Top 10 for sure,

Martinez or DOnaire deserve to be in TOP 5 before that weight draining hide at home ward. Ward os definitely TOP 10 though.

Martinez has been fighting nobodies before he beat the overrated Chavez Jr. And Donaire hasn't looked good since he sparked Montiel. As soon as Canelo steps up his competition he's going to pass both of them.

"What have you done for me lately."

I'm also not going to bump Ward up in the p4p talk just for beating Dawson. It was a good win, but the weight was an issue.

It's true. Ward is not in the top 5.

    Floyd
    JMM
    Donaire
    Pacquiao
    Martinez
    Bradley
    Ward

Go to the 1:30 mark. This was just days before the fight.

Ward is the lineal champ at 168,won the super 6 and just beat the lineal lhw champ...

FFS...some of you go overboard with this "He only fights at home" ****. I don't give a **** if they fight at home as long as they don't get constant home court decisions. Did Ward's home town win the fights for him? ****, should we remove Floyd from the rankings too? Dude lives and fights in Vegas! And what counts as home....fighting in your home country? Fact of the matter is, fighters fight largley where they can sell the fight. Should Ward travel to ****in Sheboygan to prove his mettle? Bunch of ******s who over analyze too much, thinks it makes them 'knowledgeable'...

You don't paint the full picture and are showing your bias- if you bring up that many say he lost his Marquez fight, then you also have to bring up that most believe he won his Bradley fight- you're trying to make it a double negative when it's not. Both also were P4P level fighters. He knocked Mosley down who hasn't been knocked down in a long time. Floyd is still P4P number 1 and yet he's been having long stretches of inactivity, at least Pac is fighting and allowing other fighters ride their bikes all day and make him look bad. If he had been inactive since 2010 and just fought Bradley this year people would still hold him in high regard.

WARD on the other hand, was P4P #7 or so, since the beginning of this year and fought only ONCE, you think he deserves to be bumped up after draining his opponent? People give Floyd and Pac bigger **** over bloating or draining 2 pounds

How did he drain his opponent? Chad said 168, Chad got 168. Just days before the fight Scully says there is no issue with weight. If there was an issue you certainly can't blame Ward for it, and it's arguable if there was an issue at all. Personally I think Ward beats him at any weight.
