There doesn't seem to be a lot of British confidence for Towers.

I wonder if there'll be any UK TV for this, maybe just a live internet broadcast on Hatton's website. Could Eurosport cover a fight in Asia?

Agree about the potential of China, Japan and Korea (where I live) to open up as boxing markets. If done right, this region could provide some very decent paydays for 2nd and 3rd tier fighters on their way up.

Theres absolutely no hype surrounding Richard Towers...everyone knows what level he's at and what he's capable of.

Well personally I thought he could eventually be up there with the best in Britain, because of his size and build. Then I saw him do his funky chicken dance in his last fight after getting caught and quickly changed my mind!

Towers seems a nice guy and is in good shape, but as said; has looked very limited. I think he will improve a bit as he seems keen to work hard and knows he needs too, but he should have been making short work of Tony, not going life and death with him (...and being saved by the ref)

IF towers survives this one he'll get poleaxed by price quicker than Fraudley!! If his fight against the French fella not long ago is anything to go by he won't survive against a big puncher!!

Last time I went to Hong Kong I fell in the harbour and got stomach aids, so no, on reflection probably not :D

I don't think his chin was the problem he was just blowing out of his arse after 3 rounds...A decent chin is pretty meaningless if you just gas when you have to change gear
