Guy obviously can't win with some people -- first he's fat, then when he gets in shape he's "over-training." I'd love to see how perfect some of the people making these statements are in their own lives.
He can lose all the weight he wants. He won't know exactly how it's affected him until he actually gets put into a fight against a live opponent.
He looks in decent shape for a guy that's 6'9 or whatever. He should be given some kudos for attaining his current state. Although he could improve some more. And i'm sure he will if he doesn't go on a bender and lose focus again. Having said that. Price KO 5. :yep
He is now down to 8.6% bodyfat as of today apparently, but his muscle mass and weight is continuing to increase. He is now Eighteen Stone Eight. For comparison David Price was 17 Stone Nine vs Fraudley. If this continues he will actually dominate Price size wise when they finally meet in every department. TBF he is looking like quite a scary mother now in all honesty. I feel sorry for whoever the punchbag is that gets put up against him on December 1st in Belfast. Agreed, iv'e seen people of around 10%BF and they look alot leaner than him, i also doubt he is 18st 8lbs.
