    2000lbs isnt that much to be honest.

    But looking at him, I didnt even think he could lift it!

    To be fair he does spend alot of time visiting gyms

    people have strength in different ways, some people can push around others with ease but can't bench press, vice versa

    200 pounds is a hell of a lot for a guy his size..

    No its not. I was benching that in 7th grade.

    Much easier on a smith machine, no need to balance the weight hence being able to put all your power into pressing the weight. Doubt he could do that with free weights

    Exactly, plus there is usually a counter weight on smith machines so your actually pushing about 10lbs less.

    And he didn't let the weight down to his chest, so basically with free weights he could do like 170 and if he has to do 10 reps, it shrinks down to 140
