:nonoYou better check your facts. Lewis retired because WBC threatened to strip him of his last belt for not rematching Vitali.

Vitali might start well but if Lewis needs to, he can drag him into the trenches & kick the **** out of him

Vitali looks great when on top but crumbles in the face of adversity.

    TKO6

I dont think Lewis cuts vitali every time, but i dont think he will knock out vitali, i just dont see it happening, only cuts or stoppage by referee. The only chance Lewis has is brawling, if Vitali can survive the Brawl tire lewis out, i tihnk he can win a decision.

I think Vitali wins by decision every time if he doesn't get stopped or gets cuts, he i think will connect more punches but lewis punches has more power.

If Vitali had not been cut he wouldnt have went all out to KO Lewis - He would have attempted a points victory and conserved his energy - This may of worked against the Lewis he fought but a prime Lewis would of comfortably outpointed Vitali

Good post. I also do not believe Lewis can Ko a Prime Vitali. I don't believe Vitali can out box Lewis though. Will be a great fight. So

    1-Lewis cannot Ko Vitali
2-Vitali will lose rounds to Lennox's boxing.

And you better check your facts, because that means absolutely nothing. Since when does a fighter need a title to fight?

Yes, you're welcome once again for the education.

That was against the old, inactive heavy Lewis.

    We're talking prime here.

The guy that destroyed Golota, hammered Briggs etc

I don't get it. I was really fair in saying these things.

    1- Lewis avoided rematch
2-It was an old inactive out of shape Lewis
    3-Cuts made a difference
4- If the fight had continued, Lewis would be a heavy favorite because of the Cut and because Lennox was coming on in the 2nd half.

Why do you troll? Just be fair for once.

Fair is admitting that was an old inactive Lennox at the end of his career.

Fair is admitting Lennox was looking better and better in the latter rounds(possibly because of the cut)

Judge scoring don't mean anything. I had it 3-3, a lot of press row scorers also had it 3-3. La Times. NY Times. Non-German and Non-UK Newspapers.

Giving the 6th round to Vitali when Lewis landed the biggest shots of the entire MatCh was simply a pity round because of the tko6.

yep, if we toss the coin and look at it the other way, I really dont think Vitali can knock out Lewis, unless he becomes sloppy, so he must be focused at all times. i think he wins normally by throwing a lot of punches, if only he had his brothers one punch power.

if i was vitalis trainer, i would probably try focusing on keeping distance, not getting too much into a brawl and try winning by decision, training on endurance and throwing accurate punching all the way through the fight. That ofcourse easier said than done, Lewis is a monster.

but one thing for sure i dont thing vitali would ever give up against lewis no matter what if he had the mentally as he did in the first fight.

Who knows maybe Vitali can cut Lewis up too, if you look at lewis at the end of the first fight, he had a big deep cut on his nose, so he can also be cut.

I think prime for prime very close, i don't believe lewis destroys vitali as some have said, no way. only way either can win is if they really went to war and never gave up

I could see a fraizer ali epic type of fight

out of three i would say probably 1- 1 one of the fights being a draw. the reason is because i just don't see lewis being focused in all three fights,
vitali is definitely up there giving lewis his toughest fight

    i agree 100% with 1, 2, 3,
and 4 not so sure..i think vitali would have continued fighting hard,
and it would be difficult for lewis to win rounds in the end when he is tired, assuming he brawls in the beginning like he did in their fight.

prime for prime i think vitali has the more stamina but lewis the harder punch
and is morel likely to cut vitali

:thumbsup Ya I agree. If we talking 3 FIGHTS. That changes everything. In that case, I believe it is almost certain Vitali wins one. Lewis wins one. The third could be a draw(I still favor Lewis to go 2-1, but 1-1-1 is believable)

The reason 3 fights changes, is because Vitali would obviously adjust from fight to fight. I believe Lennox adjusts faster during the course of a SINGLE fight, but going from fight to fight, Vitali will naturally show his own championship qualities to figure out Lewis.

I honestly don't see a KO. You can KO a unmotivated Lennox , Vitali got a very good punch output but he is not the single punch KO ARTIST that Wladimir and Lennox are.

Lennox after 2 rounds, will probably attempt to box instead of slug. That will not work against Vitali. Overall if both men decide to actually show up and not go Sultan-Wlad on everyone, it would be 3 amazing fights.
