    No, Floyd does not have a better resume than Pacquaio,Lewis,Holyfield.
    In the early days, it was not his fault that he didn't get the toughest opponents. They all ducked him. In the later days, it was his fault, because he decided to take it easier. Either way, his resume could have been the best of last 25 years easily, if he had the drawing power of De La Hoya early in his career. But he didn't.

    If he had filled out to 147 during the early 2000's, it might have been different as well. He was just naturally a lightweight that hit 147-154 at the end of his career.

    Only one missing is Oscar. But Oscar's resume should not be top 3 anyways. Much less the best of the last 25.
