Pacquiao started This Whole Testing Issue

"blood test"....that's the key topic to highlight. The question is "why"? Blood tests are most effective when administered post fight.....random urine analysis is more than sufficient during the time Floyd insisted Pac be subject to drug random drug tests. The blood tests was just a key area that Floyd stuck to because he knew Pac would have a problem with it.

Pac didn't have to take Floyds tests to give his accusations any credibility given his accusations where baseless to begin with.

 

What's better in this sport is to remember what your job is as a boxer....which isn't to make up accusations, create new testing protocols or make excuses NOT to do your job.

But Pac DID agree to be randomly tested.....the excuses all came from Floyd....you know that. Fact is Floyd didn't need random Blood tests ALL the day up to the fight...he didn't need a cut off of 30 days for the blood tests for them to be effective.

 

What you just said makes no freaking sense and I will tell you why.

First of all Manny Pacquiao and his team agreed to the testing from the start. Full testing with no cut offs at all. Now according to Floyd team Pacquiao backed out and wanted cutoffs as soon as they were informed by USADA that they couldn't know the times or dates that the testing agents would come by to test. Thats when they started asking for cutoffs. Now when the fight was going to be pulled by Arum Floyd gave them a cutoff option. A cut off option that Arum said was never offered but he had to retract that statement after the mediator called him out for lying. :dead

 

Well Cotto, Ortiz, Mosley, and other fighters have no problem with testing. Just Manny.

 

Blood tests were the issue...NOT random tests son. Urine analysis was agreed to by Pacs team from JUMP. USADA wasn't a factor in Pac not wanting to have blood drawn on the day of the fight...it was the whole having blood taken from him on fight night that caused the resistance.

 

No other fighter demanded Pac take Floyds tests in order to fight Manny either. Just Floyd.:rofl

 

Once again when Floyd first asked for URINE and BLOOD testing team Pacquiao agreed to do it and then they later changed their minds. That is a fact. When Manny said he didn't want to do the test the day of the fight Floyd gave him a 14 day cut off window with no blood test and guess what? MANNY and company walked away. :deal

 

:rofl I did....Pac agreed to randomized testing...just not the ridiculous blood testing requirements all the way up to the day of the fight.

 

No other fighter wanted Floyd to pay 10 million dollars per lb either over the weight limit. :rofl Oh yeah and remember that whole JMM fight when Ariza and others ***** about JMM strength and conditioning coach? They shut the hell up when JMM offered for he and Pac do random testing. :happy

 

Blood testing up to the day of the fight isn't necessary or acceptable....Floyd demanded it and Pac refused for obvious reasons. Urine tests were more than enough and everyone knew it. It's why Floyd is seen as the one ducking this fight.

 

Pac isn't taking any random testing. They shut the hell up about JMM' strength and conditioning coach before their last fight when he offered to do random testing.
