Just boxreccing and Yafai fought a "never been stopped" Mexican last time out who took him the distance. That's the sort of opponent he needs.

impressive performance, if he has a chin he is a great addition to a rich division in this country.

Can see trouble holding the kid back though, get past someone like Booth in 2 or 3 fights and then its the top four in Quigg,Munroe,Frampton and Galahad, and surely they want to give him a couple of years before that.

yafai admitting that fighting a young fighter who comes to have a go gave him much more opportunities to shine than a journeyman sheller

Yafai does look a cut above the people he has been fighting. Lets hope he lives up to potential

Yeah I saw the highlights of that on Ringside and it looked a decent fight to give him rounds. I'd like to see him at Area level already, even English title fights maybe in the next couple of fights.

8 rounds, Booth. Hearn is saying the right things.

I know Booth is well past it but for a 4/5 fight novice that's a serious test.

I like Eddie Hearn's stable building and management of these guys.

Booth lost two or three weeks back to Martin Ward.
