    It's a normal round like any other, so whoever wins it IYO, you take the base 10-9 and subtract a point from each.

    So 9-8 for whoever you thought won. Simple as.

    Has Bailey ever stopped a top fighter at any point in his career?

    Not that I can remember. He looks good stopping guys who are average at best but he can never stop the top level fighters. If he did have elite level he would have dropped Alexander in the 5th. That was 2 consecutive right hands.
