    Malignaggi is flinching when Cano jabs him in the body. Right hand to the face by Cano, backing Malignaggi up. 1-2s on the backfoot by Malignaggi, but Cano slams a right hand into his head while pressing in close. Malignaggi tries to tie up and gets jabbed in the mouth. 1-2 sloped up by Malignaggi while circling. BIG LEFT HOOK by Cano. Flush jab by Cano, snapping Malignaggi's head back. Malignaggi tries to jab the body, but has nothing left, throwing even more lightly than usual. Just pitter patter, not doing anything to discourage Cano. Lead right and a left hook by Cano jumping in through a Malignaggi double jab. Cano sticks a few jabs into Malignaggi's face coming forward. Malignaggi squats and jabs Cano in the body before stepping off to his left. Cano jumps in and scores a right and left combo. Malignaggi holds. Body shots by Cano.

    Cano picked up three points in the last two rounds and just eked it out on my card.

    Lots of close rounds, the judges likely saw some differently.
