The NYSAC doesn't do any pre fight drug screening, so if not for USADA's random tests, the clenbuterol in Morales' system would have never been found. :deal

They do one post fight drug screen. Nothing before the fight. Like most state athletic commissions, they're clearly not really interested in catching anybody... Just doing the bare minimum to pretend like they are.

The samples that Morales submitted to USADA on October 10th were found to be clean, so there's no ****ing way the NYSAC would have found anything.

 

Year round is still the ticket though.
