I can't be the only one that sees that?

Not every single punch, but he seems so focused on punching with speed that he barely lands half the time. He's very athletic, has fast hands and feet, but without sitting down on his punches he's not particularly effective.

Brook-Alexander could be a disgusting fight to watch but I pick Brook on points.

    He shoe shines.

He also makes sex noises. I love to hear the crowd and even the commentary, but I can't watch him with the sound on, it's disgusting!

Missed 10 rounds of this bout, thought it started later than what it did. Was it as bad as people are saying?

:good I think its okay, no, medically necessary to exhale when boxing. But to add elephant noises on top of that? Ridiculous.

    I'll skip watching it then.

What is Alexander-Brook saying then? Was Alexander even half impressive, or did he just do what he had to do and nothing more?

Depends if Brook can time the jab of Alexander mate, it's that simple.

Alexander stayed in second gear, and didn't take advantage of his limited opponent.

:good I'd give Alexander the advantage on experience alone. But we'll see.

He's like Dawson, fast and flashy but very inaccurate. They both also always have their weight on their front foot, takes all the power away from the left. They lean in with that punch, it's hard to watch.

I guess it's the Cunningham way. Spinks all over again.

Devon Alexander has no heart. His only display of passion is in the obnoxious noises he makes.

His timing and follow through has gotten better, but it's still not one cohesive package. Interesting that against Maidana, he was more willing to throw in combination and with more intention, whereas against Bailey, he was scared to engage for most of the time (though to his credit, he did take that pair of right hands well before coming back with an inside combination.)
