I posted a thread earlier about how Garcia has progressed , And impressed me.
With that being said ; Stylistically Khan should beat him easily.
I know that sounds dumb because Garcia knocked Khan Out.
But to me its pretty irrefutable that khan by being reckless gave that fight away.
He shouldn't have even put himself in that position. And this is my point. Khan had a choice. He's proved in his career , And in that fight that he could easily outbox Garcia. Counter punchers in general. The problem. was his lack of respect for Garcia.
Khan didn't fight Judah , or Maidana like that. Because he knew what would happen. Second fight that wouldn't happen. And That's why both Garcia's have no intrest in it.

What do you mean 'still'? He never tko'd Danny, and he never will. Khan will avoid him for the rest of his career.

"Still" Meaning even after getting knocked out he would tko Danny. I don't what you dudes are talking about but its obvious that Garcia is counter puncher. He doesn't really come forward. Not to mention his low workrate. Khan could just stay behind his jab like he did in the first 2 rounds of the first fight. And Danny would be stuck like he was in the first fight. Khan had Dannys face busted up. He thought he was hurt and tried to take him out
He opened up and got dropped just Morales. I don't see him trying that again. Danny reminds me of Chad Dawson. Just don't give him a chance to counter. What else can danny really do?

well i am one who believes rematches of one sided fights can still have different out comes

Floyd Patterson went down how many times vs Ingo and then won the trilogy, if that were today after fight 1 ESB would call a rematch an abomination

then again some rematches go the exact same way, Patterson vs Liston

any who Garcia timed and KO'd Khan rather easily.

The so called difference in class and speed never showed and Garcia is only now older and more mature and better as a fighter

Khan would have to make some real adjustments and fight a way better fight

Khan SHOULD be able to take care of Garcia

He was dominating until he got caught and whose to say that doesn't happen again with him?

Still if they did have a rematch then I'd say Khan beats him this time ... he needs to stick with coming in and out with combos and to not decide to trade with Garcia ... if he sticks to his game plan he should be able to win

Khan would not TKO Garcia. He probably wouldn't even beat him unless he can stay away from that left for 36 minutes.

People really underestimate Garcia's ability to land effective body shots. The thudding shots he landed on Morales last weekend was what led to Erik getting KOed. Garcia did the same thing to Khan. It's not a 4 or 5 round fight! If that was the case Khan would be nearly unbeatable. Garcia does not waste shots like Maidana. His shot selection is very underrated. He knows exactly where and when to throw that patented left hook. The real question is - what can Khan do if he can't hurt his opponent?? His offense is made up of more flash than effectiveness. He reminds me of Judah in a way. He'll come out blazing fast but once he finds out his power can't weaken his opponent he starts to fade both physically and mentally.

Khan could beat a lot of people if he stopped leaning into his damn shots.

It's not unreasonable. Kahn was in full control and doing a ton of damage up until he got caught. There is no guarantee Garcia could catch him again. All we know is that it COULD happen.
