    from round1..Alli was all over him goin shot for shot with Chavez, but still taking a beating and still losing every round...And the KO is brutal!

    trying to think of other guys who have done the run out form your corner start, i think bryant brannon against jones, hopkins against taylor, alli and chavez - going out on a limb i think all guys that have done it lost

    I agree..And all guys to do it against Chavez HAVE lost...

    Alli just wasn't in Chavez' class...pure and simple. Chavez really chopped him up.

    Looking back, I'm kinda surprised that Terrence Alli and Harold Brazier never crossed paths. Unless perhaps they did and I just missed it.. Alli spent most of his career at lightweight, while Brazier fought the balk of his at Jr. Welter, but I believe there were brief periods where they shared the same class, and were certainly of comparable status and ability level.

    I agree with you he would have preferred to box instead of doin what he did...And there was no way Alli hurts Chavez..
