    the flood gates will open to many a lost poster whos hand as been forced to leave over bets

    I think he should go.

    But, despite being the winner, I don't think you'll be able to force his ban. Permanent ban bets are never honoured here. The best thing we can do is encourage everyone to put him on ignore.
