P.S. I won't pretend that I have fallowed Morales whole career as I haven't but by the time he was 24 he was 37-0 had about 10 defense of the WBC SBW title and was declared the fighter of the year once by the ring. Danny has a nice resume but his signature win is Khan. Campbell, Holt and Morales were way past it Morales fighting a couple of weight classes north of his prime weight. He had a great year and has big fight ahead of him but don't get carried away yet. Morales is a legend.

 

Donaire will fight 4 times this year and Ward has arguably done more too. Garcia had a great year though and I really respect him. Just some of you guys get a bit carried away IMAO

 

Ward has one win over Dawson who was arguably weight drained.no way he ranks ahead of danny for fighter of the year.

Donaire is the only one close imo and he'll proly get it for being a bigger name but other than Nishioka I'm not impressed with his opposition at all and he hasn't looked great in his fights this year. He'll proly look good against a shot Arce but that shouldn't be factored in anymore than Garcia vs Morales.
