So...Geale is priority one, but we all know this strange business can feed you a curveball in the blink of an eye, so Loeffler wisely considers a range of possibilities. He will have his eye on the Oct. 20 Barclays card, at which WBO champ Hassan N'Dam N'Jikam puts his belt on the line against Peter Quillin. Quillin is a charisma-heavy New Yorker. "Quillin has been on our radar screen," Loeffler said. "If he beats Hassan and gets a title, he becomes even more interesting. We do feel Golovkin is the middleweight with the most excitement attached to him after Sergio Martinez."

I'll say it: he's is an over-hyped bum hunting middleweight who has feasted on Euro trash (including Proska) to gain his reputation as a ferocious power puncher that uneducated boxing fans like fatcity lap up. There is only one advantage he holds over Geale and that's power. If they meet, Geale will school him.

Irony of all this is Proska would destroy Mundine and have a huge chance against Geale,Geale went 12 rounds with Sylvester in a close fight,Proska took Sylvester apart and TKOd him.!!!!

Sounds like you and Prowler could be dedicated Geale fans.
The Polish boxer you mentioned is Proksa by the way.
There are plenty who believe Golovkin knows his way around a boxing ring.
Should be an interesting fight if they ever meet, They'll both be trying to prove a point. :good

No, just a realist who believes Geale is the 2nd best middleweight in the world based on achievements and resume. Those "Plenty" usually don't have a clue about the quality of GGG opponents hence why they think he can knock anyone out. You want an example? Go to the General Forum.

what resume ? barely edging a washed up sturm who macklin beat more convincingly ? 2 african nobodies ? a hard fought decision against a paper champion ( sylvestre, who got KTFO'd by " the bum" proksa ) and a 37 year old former titlist ?

and i just love it when people randomly throw " eurobum " " euro trash " to dismiss a fighter's wins . as if somehow 7 of the top 10 middleweights ARE not europeans , or as if geale's best win is not against a washed up european who lost to another EUROPEAN contender ( macklin ) :verysad

GGG ko DG in the 5th

TRIPLE GGG is in a different category than all the middles...and i believe geale can ko sergio.
gennady is on another level all together.

:patsch Ah look. Another uneducated moron who thinks Golovkin is the second coming of Kostya Tszyu. Sturm washed up?? LOL so 33 and coming off a TKO win of the no.8 middleweight (former WBC belt holder) is now considered washed up. Good one you ****ing tool. Geale won, Macklin lost you ****ing moron. DEAL WITH IT

:rofl LOL, once again thank you for proving that you DKSAB and that you obviously didn't even watch the fight. Geale won easily and it was only a pathetic judge from Denmark that scored it for SS and has been known to give dubious decisions to European fighters.

GGG resume is a piece of toilet paper that only amazes ****wits like yourself and does not even come close to Geales let alone anyone else in the division. Proska is his best win: a bum with no defence and my 89 y/o grandmother could've hit him it was that bad, but don't let facts get in the way of you riding the GGG **** train. :good

:patsch I don't normally agree with TCboxa, but he is 100% correct in saying you are a ****ing dumb**** who doesn't know **** about boxing so there is no point even getting into a discussion with you as you clearly don't know have a clue.

Just make sure you spray that thing in you profile pic with a can of Mortene so it doesn't lay eggs. :hi:

zbik is a quality opponent now ? :rofl another worthless paper champion who was coming of a loss ..

    let's compare their last 5 opponents :
    kassim ouma >Roman Karmazin
    Grzegorz Proksa > Sebastian Sylvester
Nilson Tapia ( had a close fight with Austin Trout) > Eromosele Albert
    Lajuan Simon > Osumanu Adama
    japanese guy < felix sturm
    nothing to write home about
    :barf

the only thing better on geale's resume is the sturm win, a guy who relentlessly ducked GGG , and got spanked numerous times during his reign as " champion " .

as to whether a 2012 win against felix sturm is worth anything , let's take a look at the people who beat a youger sturm more impressively :
    2006 - KTFO'd by 38 years old Castillejo
2007 - put on ***** street by Randy Griffin , and was lucky to get a draw in a fight most people felt he lost .
2011 - clearly beaten , but managed to escape with the hometown decision
2012 - geale wins a close fight that many felt could have easily been a draw

so quit talking about some great disparity between the two resumes , when the only difference is an overhyped german chump who's only claim to fame was a good performance against a washed up , blown up ,rusty de la hoya .

GGG wrecks sturm and DG in one night .
