Hell no. He was officially done in the Peter rematch. No way he ever shoulda lost to him like that.

It's too bad they robbed him in their first fight. That was the last good performance Toney had in him.

people take toney for granted. i mean the guy had 10 or 15 title defenses at middleweight and super middleweight in his prime, and to barley lose to a heavyweight bruiser like sam peter, even in a close fight later in his career is still amazing.

74-7 and 45 kos a legit 3 time world champ 160, 168, 190 is def last of the

not the 3 time champs whos divisions are 3 pounds apart

old school all time greats of his era :good

No, Randy Couture crushed that ego a long time ago. It was the best thing he had going for him.

Surprisingly, that top contenders are still avoiding him.

Adamek and Helenuis are rather willing to fight jouneymans like Williams and Walker.

Toney may have deserved one last big fight though.

The way he lost to Lebedev shows he don't deserve anything really.
He's shot beyond recognition, much worse than Evander.

Adameks team pulled him out of the toney fight for james antics. James mouth gets him in trouble. Thats why he made the video apologizing for the adamek situation. Fact is People dont want to work with toney anymore. Hes bad press for them and hes shot. Thats why his videos lately hes calmed down.

An awful performance. However, he injured his knee and did not throw a right hand the entire fight.

Therefore and based on his decent record as a heavyweight, he deserved one last big fight.

I don't think so. Defensively an amazing fighter.
