Yes they do...that's why we don't understand how a fighter can be afraid for his health in a fight . That's like a fish saying that he's afraid to swim atsch.
Duh. He's also the measuring stick at 130 lbs terms of skills and ability, all due respect to Arguello. It'll become more relevant the longer the division is around.
ATG for sure. Only the #1 fighter of his era. Unless you are saying that none else of this era are ATG's. In which case you need to reconsider your lofty ranking of fighters only from 20+ years ago. That said, give it 30, 50 years... Jack Dempsey was regarded the clear cut best HW even well after Joe Louis retired. No one holds that opinion now.
He's fought the #1 ranked guys in all of the divisions he's been in accept 140 and fought the top guy in that division at 147 since they wouldn't fight him at the time he was a JWW, he's also fought 3 guys that were ranked in the P4P#5 by the ring magazine and only dropped one round in fights against all of them combined. A 5 weight WBC champion, no maneuvering up picking random alphabet titles depending on who is the weakest champion. Not only is he an ATG but he's the GOAT at SFW.
This is big. He has legit claim as the GOAT at 130, and certainly in the top 2-5 even if you disagree with that. Genaro, Manfredy, Corrales, Chavez All but the Corrales win are underrated...
He is an ATG, top 5 ATG super feather. Top 15 lightweight. Top 50 overall if you truly rate him. Top 100 all time even if you're diehard anti floyd and he killed your family
H2H he has a shout but resume wise I think Arguello clearly has the edge. I'd take Escalera x2, Limon, Chacon, Boza-Edwards, Navarette and Castillo over the names you listed.
