    I vote a little of both. He was washed up a little and Garcia got better. In reality Morales never really should have been fighting at 140. It was too high in weight for him.

    Garcia might be decent or a potential great, but that has nothing to do with his fight against Morales.

    EM has been past his prime since 10 years ago.
