Its got nothing to do with dodgy chins, they don't exist at that level....Khans problem is his complete lack of defensive skills which means that he gets hit significantly more than he should do

The most beneficial change Khan could make isnt a technical adjustment but a shift in mentality, away from the points scoring amateur mindset & towards the ruthless win-at-all-costs & by any means necessary approach which is perhaps Ward's greatest strength.

Improving Khan's ring IQ is the major priority, he doesnt have to constantly try to entertain or throw a combination every time he gets tagged. If he becomes a more patient & considered fighter under Hunter's training that will help a lot imo.

Was his defeat really that humiliating, he was making Garcia look like a ****** for 90% of the fight! And still it took a hell of allot of leather to force the Referee to stop the fight. Amir Khan made he situation worse by deciding to gun sling with Garcia.

I don't think Amir Khan can improve greatly, he is already a good fighter. And will probably TKO Garcia in the rematch.

Amir Khan is the most exciting fighter in boxing.

His fights are the most exciting, due to his abilities and flaws.

I enjoyed watching him, get hurt then deciding to go to war and ride that crest of the wave.

That type of action is exciting.

He is involved in the most exciting fights, Peterson vs Khan, Madiana vs Khan all exciting fights.

I am not stating he is a the best fighter in the world, but he is more exciting than Andre Ward, Bernard Hopkins, Wladimir Kiltschko, Kell Brook, Devon Alexandra, Carl Froch and so on.......

So pipe down, and shut the **** up.

i think kell brook is like berbatov

    flatters to deceive

talented, bit lazy, flat track bully. put 4 past bolton at old trafford but nowhere to be seen vs real in Cham league.

khan and walcott is an excellent comparison.

hatton is rooney. talented but not as talented as they think they are. work hard but years of abuse have blunted their ability. bit overhyped too.

    Mate...

Shut up about football, seriously. Go to the FA forums or something..

Amir Khan is like Theo Walcott..? what has Theo Walcott done, he's just a player with above average speed compared to other football players who can run with the ball.

Wayne Rooney is like Ricky Hatton..? Wayne Rooney has gone missing in world tournaments, because he's overrated.

I see what you are trying to do, but its abit disrespectful in my opinion. These pathetic comparisons.

    Nothing personal!

Why would you compare how exciting Khan is to the likes of Ward, Klitschko, Hopkins and Alexander? They're some of the most boring fighters in the world.

    **** off PK.

If Khan does try to change too much it most likely look very contrived and a bit cringey.

    Riveting viewing either way then.

having watched him form day one,you should be able to see that khan has not changed that much really,he is a very good upright boxer with fast hands, world class without a doubt, but he can't change and he won't change,he boxers more or less the same way all the time.
He will beat some and lose to some, nowt to be ashamed of,although he obviously is.

And please PK,so what if khan was boxing garcias head off for 2 rounds, every man and his dog could see garcia getting closer and closer, which he did in the 3rd and 4th,which by my math is 50% ish of the fight.
Many many boxer has been outboxed for the 1st few rounds, fights turn all the time

oh and PK another thing, totally agree about the football thing, shut the **** up about football, full of ponces,6.5 chris kirkland has a shitter chin than khan, the ***

I agree that Khan has had roughly the same style for his whole career. Blistering combos which stun and overwhelm his opponents.

Maybe his chin isn't that weak but the fact is that he allows it to get hit too often and he paid for it dearly against Garcia.

    Carl Froch came out with what I think is a fantastic quote which is this;
"The best chin in boxing is the chin that doesn't get hit."

I agree 100% with that. Until Khan learns defence and stops letting himself get blasted with big shots then you can't say he has a good chin.
