:think trolling? Khan? and Haye? Despite no notable wins, in some time (barring Chisora for Haye, then you have to go back 4 years for the last previous) they have more talent? How? Khan is technically flawed and got punished for it at top-level, and Haye, in his shot at glory, practically lost every round whilst struggling land a punch, his best shot being a wild overhand right by his own admission? But these two are more talented than Ricky Burns?

I'm not sure where I'd rank Burns and Haye personally.

As much as I can't stand Haye, I can't give Burns too much credit for thrashing Mitchell given that from the moment the fight was signed I said it was a mismatch.

Shutting out Moses was decent, but before that it was three turds, one of whom could barely clamber through the ropes because of a back injury.

Haye meanwhile hardly ever fights, and tanked in the biggest fight of his life, trying desperately to take as little punishment as possible and get away safely with his money. His last two wins aren't all that impressive, Harrison lost to a cab driver only a year or so previous and Chisora is just a lazy bum who can't be arsed training.

You'd probably have to say Haye for now, but the memory of the Mormeck win is fading.... most of the rest since then have been pretty ****.

Wouldn't mind seeing Burns vs Khan actually.

Haye - depending on how much you rate Chisora has not had a notable win since Valuev.

really i wont argue with you over Khan, because I don't care.

But Haye? Yes he is INDEFINABLY more talented than Burns, if you are going to knock Haye for his performance against Wlad, do you really want me to get onto how Wlad compares to the likes of Kevin Mitchell as an opponent?

i cant even count that, possibly the worst "champion" in the sport who lost to an ancient Holyfield, if Haye didnt win against him he might as well have retired, I count Enzo as is last decent win, at least that was a unification against a guy that could bang

how is he indefinably more talented? We cant say Burns beat Mitchell, a fight a lot of us wanted to see, but he hasnt lost every round aganist Wlad or the lightweight equivalent so Haye must be better? Where's the logic there? Burns beat Martinez (most thought he'd be ko'ed) beat Katsidis (same prediciton) beat Moses (not a great win, but a solid win against a top 10 opponent) and demolished Mitchell, who some thought he'd lose to again. I dont negative mark people for beating poor opposition, they just dont get credit for it. Brns doesn't get credit for beating Cook, Laryea and Evensen. Haye doesn't get credit for losing comprehensiveley to Wlad, beating Harrison, Ruiz, Valuev or Barrett, so since 08, you have three good wins for Haye, how is that better than Burns?

oh and Valuev and Ruiz were equal or better wins to anything on Burns' resume.

Chisora would be right up there too

ye he was undisputed cruiser champion....4 years ago! Wheres joe calzaghe on your current p4p? And belts dont matter in p4p, nor do they matter much anyway, its who you beat to get them, Burns was WBO champ but beat Martinez, hes same at lightweight and beat Katsidis, Moses and Mitchell

If you truly think Ruiz or Valuev were better than beating Martinez and Katsidis when nearly everyone assumed Burns would be smashed, then you are just a Haye fan. Moses and Mitchell were both in the ring top 10 as well I believe? I'd rate the Chisora win equal with those, But Haye has nothing else, and was found wanting at the elite level, nothing wrong with that and i dont mark him negatively because of it, but Burns has better wins

Mitchell > Chisora based on what?

being splattered by Katsidis > Giving Vitali 12 hard rounds?

Beating John Murray > Beating Robert Helenius?

and as for the other two?

    No

you might say chisora was better than mitchell p4p, there was also the schooling of prescott in mitchells favour, but the other two are better wins than hayes opponents, you cant argue against that, plus burns has the upset over katsidis, when did haye last go into a fight the underdog and prove his superiority?

Murray is better than any of Chisoras wins (Sam Sexton is his best W).

Also Helenius is overrated and even so Chisora didn't get the win on his record so doesn't even count.

David Haye is still the best fighter in this country in terms of achievement and ability by a long long way.
