    World Boxing Organization is adding a title twist to the upcoming fourth meeting between Manny Pacquiao (54-4-2, 38KOs) and Juan Manuel Marquez (54-6-1, 39KOs). Following the result of the matct, the WBO's President Francisco “Paco” Valcarcel is going to award the winner with a special "Champion of The Decade" belt.

    to be fair, the winner of this will deserve to be a welterweigh champion movre than Randal Bailey, Alexander or Paulie Malignaggi!!!. Or even Bradley who won his via robbery.

    So i hate the politics but it aint too bad.
