Reading between the lines Kell Brook wants his world title fight to be at home but Alexander has said he isn't travelling to the UK and if Brook wants the fight he will have to fight Alexander in the US. Can anyone see Brook/Matchroom not taking the fight and going a different route to the world title or maybe not even going for the world title yet and going for big money fights against Khan and Hatton for no title but more money.

I really don't think Brook wants Alexander in the US.

I'm pretty sure they take the fight. Maybe they go to purse bids and if they win then Alexander has the option of giving up the title.

I can see them trying to put Alexander in the situation where he would have to vacate allowing Brook to fight for the vacant title. An article out today saying devon doesnt know who he is and there is no point in fighting him.

I think all signs point towards Alexander ditching/stripped of the strap and fighting Bradley or Paulie in the states.

They'll pay Devon to vacate, and then for Brook and Khan to fight for the vacated belt. Brook stands more of a chance against Khan, although IMO, even that is slim.

Khan will be revolutionized under Bernards watch. He'll be able to stop time and everything.

Seriously though, Virgil gets Khan running and using his tools, if he fights like that he will be a handful for everyone.

My source tells me Matchroom are targeting the Gavin/Witter winner. As an eliminator obviously.

I think Matchroom would take the fight if there were fair terms.

Hearn is already talking about fighting euro bum zavek for the title.

The IBF wouldn't approve it. If Alexander vacates, you will get Jan Zaveck for the vacant title.

    I can see that happening...
Brook isn't going to stop Alexander and won't outclass him either, so that means he will probably lose a fight in the US. It would be a tactical decision.

I tweeted Eddie Hearn earlier this year about a potential Brook Zavek fight… His response:

“No, its not something that gets the juices flowing”

Yet when Khan or Hatton are mentioned he gets a bigger boner than Ron Jeremy!

The Saldivia fight didn't get my juices flowing :hey
Nor the announcement of Carson Jones :hey
    Nor Matthew Hatton

    "This is it!"

Now.......where have I seen that tagline before........

Eddie, you'd have been better of with "This might be it"

Hard to see Brook winning in Alexanders home town, if it is a closish fight such as the Kotelnik and Matthysse fights he won't get the win.
