Apparently the winner of this fight becomes the #1 contender for the WBA's "regular" title. Not it's super title, as held by Wlad, but it's regular title as held by Povetkin.
I thought Povetkin basically had to unify with Wlad before any other possible mandatory for his belt was to come round? I think the time limit he can hold that belt for is almost up.

After title fights against ****ign Cedric Boswell and a completely shot Hasim Rahman who was fraudulently - seriously, check out his competition post Wlad - laughably elavated to #1 contender by the WBA specifically so Povetkin could feast on his utterly shot carcass, I would tend to strip him even if he wasn't ducking the other WBA champion
