:deal A whole mess of up and down. Maybe a top win here and there, mixed up with a lot of losses at the top and "He's back!" threads in between when he looks great against a so-so guy.

He will be a multiple time titlist, but I don't see him winning against any elite ever.

In 5 years, I give it a 50% chance at least that he is fresh into retirement. He has claimed before that he wants to retire at like 28 he has said before and also said before 30.

I think it is very rare for a fighter to transform into a completely different one, fighters adapt throughout their careers but it's usually more of a "tweak" than a change, or they simply rely on (and try to improve) skills they always had, but didn't use as much.

Hunter may teach him some new things, I just don't know if Khan can pick up on it. He must just revert to instincts and habits.

Yeah, I think that's the crux of it right there, Khan's ability (or inability) to learn. It'll be interesting to see what happens in his next 2 or 3 fights under Hunter.

would have been maidana round 10 all over again, He Floyd has a good chin, he doesn't have an elite level chin, but it's underrated in the sense - people saying a single left hook would KO khan, they don't understand it was one of those punches that would KD anyone (not necessarily hurt them like he hurt khan), but KD them, like Bradley vs Holt. He has the heart to withstand the assault, whether he has the brain is a different matter, He respected Maidana so he survived him in 10th, he didn't respect Garcia even after the KD - He's ******ed - and brawled in round 4 instead of running

I think this sums it up. Khan reacts a lot like the guy in your avatar (Hearns) used to when hurt, instead of trying to clinch and grapple... or simply run, he fires right back. The only problem is he doesn't have the skill, physical attributes or power of a guy like Hearns, which makes the situation all the more worse.

he'll be retired for sure. before that i fully expect him to be carefully guided to another belt vs featherfisted opponents he can just handcuff with his speed, proly a vacant belt or vs the weakest champion that has no power.

Even by the HOF's questionable standards, it'd be comical for Khan to even get nominated.

Only way Khan will ever see the HOF is to clean the bathrooms.

Khan will retired in 5 years. Once he gets KO'd again (and he WILL, soon as he faces another guy with a decent punch) he'll probably finally "get it" that he's simply not that good, and he'll retire.

He is nearing a gatekeeper status already. He does not need 5 years to reach that.
