We know Canelo likes to fight fighters from any weight class, How would a Froch vs Canelo fight at 168 go, and in what round does it end? Canelo is known to fight light flyweights and lightweights. Fair fight.

Canelo wins first minute, first round with an Anchor punch taught to him by Jamie Foxx.

After a war of a first half Froch's power takes over as Chaavez swells and cuts up. He gets battered into a late submission ( TKO )

I think Canelo could safely make 147 and beat the likes of a Madaina. I know it's a stretch, but I think it's doable, even at the lower weight for him.

That said, once he campaigns at 147, he could officially be a WW. He could then argue for Froch to come down to a 150 catch-weight and be slightly competitive in that fight.

But if Canelo met him at 164 or even 160, Froch would barrel through him in such a manner that the Bute fight would look like the tightest match in history.:D

Canelo is going to have major problems when he faces a taller opponent with a good jab. He's decent but has yet to face a natural 154pounder. Hypejob in the making.

I don't think this is a serious thread but Froch wins of course. Canelo might even be competitve in the first rounds but Froch's power will break him down after the first 3 rounds
