Went in to work to do some tidying. It was a training day, so I didn't have any lessons to teach. Thought I'd take a look at the desks. Found them to have suffered some quite heavy Biro-related vandalism. I've identified one of the culprits. I've left a message on the whiteboard for him, first lesson back; Alex E*** There are many things that I do not take too kindly to in my classroom. One of those things is vandalism, another is stupidity. Now, the desk where you sit, where you've been sat all term, the desk which I chose for you to sit at and recorded in a seating plan - has been vandalised. Now, it did not take the mind of Columbo to find the trail of evidence leading back to you. Next time you wish to vandalise someone else's property, I suggest you leave something a little more anonymous than your first and second name. Have a fun week back cleaning every single table in the lab. Mr Cole.
On the last day of term some ****er hid my keys. I spent two hours looking for them, then one of the girls came to my room to show me where they'd been hidden. That young man has earnt himself the job of sanding the desks down with a belt-sander. The other lad can varnish.
I have a one-way ticket to France hidden away in my top drawer. Unlike that other amateur, I also keep a spade in the car boot.
mr cole i do hope the culprits were issued with the necessary health and safety equipment and did you complete the necessary risk assesment documents if not you may find yourself kept back for detention
