Aaron Pryor was the first boxer I really got into (hence the username.) I also am a huge fan of Tyson.

Other guys I've enjoyed watching include De La Hoya, Duran, Hagler, Roy Jones Jr., Manny Pacquiao, Kostya Tszyu, Mike McCallum, Julio Cesar Chavez Sr., and Wilfredo Gomez.

Currently, Canelo Alvarez is my favorite fighter stylistically (and in general), with Golovkin being second. I'm also fond of Donaire, Cotto, Salido, and Gamboa.

If I had to squeeze it down to one, I'd say Gamboa

Salvador Sanchez. He picked up the swag and smoothness of the American style with footwork, IQ, and defense of an Ali and could land perfect timed bombs and rapid fire combos like Sugar Ray Leonard. At times he was a smooth operator like a Carlos Monzon popping that jab taking control of a fight never losing calm in any situation and never gasped for air even in the 15th round. At 23 already beat Gomez, Lopez, and Nelson 2 ATGs in their prime plus a handful of future champs and world class fighters. Simply the best I've ever seen.

    Growing up Mike Tyson

    Around 98- 02 Kostya Tszyu

At the moment it's between Wlad Klitschko, Adamek and Cotto but Im enjoying Lucas Mattheysse.

All excellent fighters and completely different styles.

A brilliantly aggressive counter-puncher with incredible stamina, top notch ring iq and an iron chin. To be cut short so abruptly and young and still have Gomez, Lopez x2, Nelson, Castillo, LaPorte, Castanon, et al. is pretty amazing.

Historically my favorite fighter is Sal Sanchez. Unreal composure in the ring like he was always in control, good punch, great boxing ability and timing and iron chin. After that Duran and Frazier probably. From the current crop I enjoy watching Floyd, Cotto, Marquez, Rios start to appreciate Ward with time.

An honoury mention must go to the great Carlos Monzon!

He had retired by the time I was born but he is one of my favourite fighter OAT. Great ring technician, stoic and calculating and he IS the greatest middleweight of all time:yep
