Danny Garcia vs Zab Judah nearly finalized for January 19, 2013!

What a useless fight.

 

Garcia Mid or late ko

 

1. Khan did lowblow Judah, he hit below where the ref said prefight would be considered low.

2. Judah beat Lucas, Lucas gave away too many rounds early.

3. If Judah lands his counter left Garcia will be dancing.

Judah's body work and countering will annoy Danny greatly.

4. Fight will be exciting.

 

I think this is a good fight and one of the best matchups to be made at 140. Garcia isn't going to try to use his size, volume of punches and strength to overwhelm Judah like Khan did. This one may be interesting.

 

Judah!? What a pointless fight. It's amazing how Judah, even after years of miserable gatekeeping, is still getting title shots.

 

Has this been finalised, yet?

 

Of course Zab could win this! Zab can win any fight!

Problem with him is the lack of heart and him just never being as good as portrayed. It isn't that he gets "step aside money" or anything, he's just not nearly as good as touted. Still should be a good fight but I see Zab's speed troubling Garcia. Not surprised by a ko in any favor though I expect Danny to win. Rather see him face Lucas but hopefully that's after this crap. TBF, Judah is still a quality win at 140 its just that he's had the habit of getting big fights he didn't earn in his career so people overlook that. Danny's best win old Judah or not if he pulls it off and a much better one than Morales. TBH, I've watched both so I can't really bash Garcia-Judah much.

 

A good way for Danny to grow his brand and get experience against a skilled veteran. At this stage, I've picked Zab too many times to do it again. I've also counted him out enough times to know not to do that either.

One thing is for certain, this fight should have good action and somebody is going to get cracked with a serious left hook.

How did he give away to many early rounds? Last time i checked punching air isnt a scoring blow. Only thing judah was doing was jabbing air.
