  1. No, it is not a good point, a gram of protein is 4 calores. Those bars are packing around 30 grams a bar, plus carbs, you are looking at 150-200 cals a bar.

And Floyd ate food in prison, dude just loves telling stories.

  2. Do you agree, that the first fight was close at least?

You are saying that was a better version of Floyd back then.

So a fighter just like Castilo but bigger at 147lbs, would beat Floyd, because, the 147lbs is not as good and does nothing better?

Muscle deteriorates if not exercised or used, trust me this can easily happen, completely feasible, ask any strength and cond. coach..

Whether or not this is actually the case is another story, i honestly don't know if floyd wants it anymore :?

How many bars would he have to eat to get the proper amount of daily calories? 30 grams of protein would only be worth 120 calories. The human body needs more calories than that to sustain its weight. It would be even more difficult for him to maintain his weight if he wasn't eating much.

  5. Floyd has never wanted it.

Trust me, next year Floyd will come back, not against Pacquiao, or Martinez, or even Matthysse at 140lbs, it will be against, Berto/Guerrero winner or Alexander.

Easy fights for easy money, and the fanboys will spend their hard earn cash on it.

As long as they keep doing that, Floyd ain't going to take the tough fights.

Did you not hear? He came out of prison as a ****ing skeleton, with a gay beard.

  7. They are plenty of carbs and a few fats in those bars.

1800 cals a day would be enough for Floyd to maintain his weight with only doing around 500-1000 press up a day.

He claims he wasn't eating, and maybe he did at first but he would have ate the prison food, unless he is a spoiled brat, primadona that would put Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan to shame:!:

And if that is so, he even I bigger tool than I think he is already.

  8. You'd think Floyd spent 5 years in Guantanamo, dude did less than 90 days in jail.

I wouldn't place the blame on Floyd for Pac when Arum is preventing this fight. If anything Pac shouldn't sign an extended contract with Arum. That just make the fight further away if anything.

As for Martinez. It is an optional fight for Floyd. If he feels like to go out with a bang and compete in a division where he doesn't belong then is cool if not i wouldn't fault him for it either.

Your average protein bar, 8 a day we meet Floyd's calories needs.

And having meals on top of that.

  11. He not in the mood by all accounts:rofl

  12. Floyd came out with all this $%*& about not eating and losing weight, for one reason, to avoid a December fight with Pacquiao.

If he said, I'm ready to train for a fight in December, everybody would be on his back about fighting Pacquiao again.

So he tells this story and how he may never fight again, and just before the Pacquiao vs Marquez fight, Floyd announce his come back next year and names an opponent, so he can avoid Pacquiao yet again.

Dude is so damn predictable, but he fools most of you.

    Wise up!

oh my God. Of course I know that ****. I've been on a diet for the past 4 months. If you get 150 grams of protein a day, that's 600 calories.

150 grams is a lot, but you'd still lose weight unless your OVERALL calorie count is high enough

  14. So it would matter how much protein you took in relation to your calories, unlike what you stated before.

And those bars have an equal if not more cars, and fats. So 150 grams of protein from those bars, would equate to a 1800-2000 calorie diet, just by itself.

yep, a lot of people trying to lose weight will actually lift a lot of weights to help burn more fat.

1800 calories isn't enough for Floyd to maintain his weight, though the amount of weight he lost wouldn't be that bad.

Plus there's absolutely no proof he even had protein bars in jail.
