You are just mad because you can't handle the truth about the man you are in love with.

  4. Yes it, is, unless his weight has been artificially enhanced on the out side.

For Floyd size and age , 1800 cals is about right, he ain't burning too much, and he couldn't even manage 1000 press ups a day:!:

im sure it is. guy is at most 5'8 and 155 pounds physical level would be null and the guy is up there in age. 200 pushups a day with some body weight squat and 1800 calories would be more than enough to maintain bodyweight. If he did indeed lose weight, its probably because he ate less and is probably now 150.
    Some of you are dilusional.

Deciding not to eat a 250 calorie snicker bar is easier than running for 2 miles which would burn close to that amount. The best formula is to combine diet and exercise
the only men I love are related to me.

I was 154 pounds and 5'7 around July. I lost about 8 pounds in 2 months by getting 1860 calories a day. 1800 isn't enough for a man Floyd's size to maintain his weight. I got firsthand and secondhand knowledge in this.

  8. That's because you are already 22 stones.

  9. And what were you burning through exercises?
Floyd was only doing a few hundred press ups a day.

    Estimating Requirements
The simplest method of estimating needs is to base your intake on a standard 'calories per unit of weight (usually kilograms)'. Typically:
    - 26 to 30 kcals/kg/day for normal, healthy individuals with sedentary lifestyles doing little physical activity [12.0-14 kcal/pound]
    - 31 to 37 kcal/kg/day for those involved in light to moderate activity 3-5 x a week with moderately active lifestyles [14-16 kcal/ pound]
    - 38 to 40 kcals/kg/day for those involved in vigorous activity and highly active jobs [16-18 kcal/ pound].

For those involved in HEAVY training (eg: athletes) - the demand is even greater:
    - 41 to 50 kcals/kg/day for those involved in moderate to heavy training (for example: 15-20 hrs/ week training) [18.5-22 kcal/ pound]
    - 50 or above kcals/kg/day for those involved in heavy to extreme training [> 22 kcal/ pound]

Since Floyd was in jail all day long, you can assume he had a sedentary lifestyle which means he'd need 1800-2100 calories (assuming he was 150lbs going in) at the minimum.
So I'd admit you could be right that he could maintain his weight getting just 1800 calories a day.

Did you deliberately lose this amount of weight?

8 lbs is a fair amount given your starting height and weight.

  12. And you were overweight.

    Was Floyd?

No i'm light weight. Everyone in my family is skinny. My body just take whatever it needs and flush out the rest. The only way i can gain weight is if i work out where my body will absorb more. Good Genetics i guess.

I used 1860 (I'm at 1700kcal now) as a base. If I trained, I'd estimate how many calories I burned with the app on my phone and add that to my total.
