  1. There is a proven correlation between strength and size, and losing muscle mass or fat does not help you get stronger.

But your strength may have increase because of regular training.

You get a six pack around 10% bodyfat percentage, I haven't done the mass but if you dropped 7/8 lbs of fat and that may take you bellow 8%, which is not good IMO especially strength wise.

I hate when people make up things and come up with asumptions and then start spouting them off as if they're fact like
"Floyd has protein bars in jail!...... How do I know? Well I don't, I'm just assuming they would since I've never been to jail"

and theres no ****ing proof that he didnt eat in jail as well.

the bottom line is that you would have to be entirely ignorant to believe that floyd, who generates 10-30 million dollars per fight because of his body, would jeopardize said body by depleting it of food and nutrients, especially when he has the means(money) to provide himself with the proper foods in jail. and water faucets are readily available for inmates so his dehydration excuse is bull****.

wtf is wrong with you guys?

you would think that some of you here reside in some redneck, obscure, hick town where the highest iq is 90 and have never ventured outside of it.

dont come to Los Angeles or some other major city and try to run a business.

you'll be bankrupt in months with your ignorance and gullibility.

well it's an 8 pack now :hey

and strength isn't my main goal. I rely a lot on my speed and agility when I box, so I wanted to make sure I was at a good weight to maximize that and not be too weak.

  5. Age plays a factor as well, but you probably have a high metabolism as well.

I struggle to put on weight, and need to eat 5000-6000 cals a day to do it.

Your body always tries to find it way back to it's natural weight, and you either have to eat huge amounts or not eat a lot to change it, along with the correct exercise plan, and the further away from your natural weight you become the more extreme these measures have to be.

But you can change you natural weight, if you stay at that weight for a prolonged period of time.

When I was eating 5000-6000 calories a day, I would lose 7lbs a night just by sleeping, my body was fighting to get back to what it knew.

May would beat everyone at JMW. He ain't obligated to, but if he chose to stay there he beats everyone in lieu of aging.

He'd obviously beat everybody at JWW, but theres no way in hell he makes it even if he wanted to. He couldn't hit a WW catch of 144 3 yrs ago.

  8. That is around 6%

Pacquiao and Floyd have around that much at the weigh in.

If you box you need to be built for go, not for show.

And you shouldn't be touching weights, especially the heavy stuff

like i previously mentioned jails have general stores similar to that of a 7-11 which sell protein bars.

you guys are idiots to think that floyd didnt have access to almost everything that he wanted(jail stores are in business to make a profit and if there is a special request for a product and the inmate has the means to pay for it then it will in all likelihood be made available...especially for a floyd mayweather who brings ten of millions into the las vegas economy.

buy yourself a ****ing clue and some brain cells to go along with it.

  10. You have to believe very gullible and ignorant, to take anything Floyd says at face value.

The guy is a proven liar, who likes tall tales.

In fact if Floyd says something, I take it as not being true until proven otherwise:bart

sometimes its hard to particiapte here on the esb forums as some people are just too clueless to converse with.

floyd lost 15 pounds in jail in two months because he didnt want to eat and was dehydrated because there was no water.

****ing unbelievable the idiots that would believe this ****.

I agree that at 122 Erik would have been too much for that version of Manny.....but when we compare the absolute best version of Pac and the very best version of Morales....Pac is easily the superior fighter....not matter what weight division you decided to have them square off in.

Fact is, Manny didn't hut his peak until 140.....he was still a force to be dealt with at every division he rolled through...but he didn't peak as a complete fighter, at his physical peak until after the DLH fight.

  14. As unbelievable as it is, they do, some flaw in human nature, people are much more likely to believe, people they admire or have deference to, even if it goes against their common sense.

How do you think politicians get away with it time and time again.:huh

And people are so willing to believe celebs when they say they have turn over a new leaf and say sorry.:patsch

who knows..... one who have been making millions for years eating fine dining to jail food mix in with Floyd's Primadonna attitude. He may just starved himself instead of eating the jail, plus maybe fish out some sympathy. I can lose 5lbs if i get sick and skip two meals just like that. Who knows.... everyone's body is different.
