Hearns got a controversial decision win against James Kinchen, in fact Kinchen was also probably robbed of kayo win against Hearns cause in the early rounds Kinchen hurt Tommy real bad and Tommy clinched Kinchen so tight while ignoring the ref that Tommy got deducted two points from the ref.

And you're trying to make this into something it ain't. Do you comprehend the premise of my thread subject?......saying a fight is controversial or calling it a robbery/gift are not one in the same.

Answer me this, if the Whitaker/Rivera fight was not controversial then why did Whitaker feel the need to give Rivera a rematch?

And DLH won the Tito fight but a draw could have been scored if one reaches a bit for Tito......it ain't Tito's fault DLH fought and ran like a *****.

 

I'm not so sure if that's true but the fact still remains Pea gave him a rematch cause more than enough people felt he didn't beat Rivera.

Now lets just move on. Do you still not see the difference in a person calling a fight controversial rather than a gift/robbery?

 

It was controversial cause people felt Rivera won, what else is there for me to tell on why it was controversial, you can't be this thick.

I'm not saying it was a gift or robbery and Whitaker wouldn't just give him a rematch just because a fight or two he might have had planned didn't pan out.......

Case in point, lets take the DLH/Whitaker fight for example, that's a very controversial fight, but I felt Oscar deserved the decision win, but was it a controversial decision win? yes it was!
