I don't hang with Floyd. Try again. You better go get your run on kid cause you know Manny is going to be tossing Internet Cafe money in the streets when he gets back after his fight. :rofl

i have no qualms with this comment but the only complaint about the fight aside from floyd purposely missing the agreed-upon catchweight is when floyd didn't even let jmm be the counter-puncher of the figth when he was the bigger fighter. of course floyd waited and let jmm move forward. jmm sacrificed his natural "style" of counter-punching and moved forward all night to make the fight lively. floyd should have at least taken on the initiative knowing that he has all the advantages, physically, in this fight.

of course, floyd and his team might have seen and studied the chris john fight and notice how jmm was troubled by a boxer that would not give jmm an opportunity to counter.

    Dumb argument Puga.

Mayweather fought his own fight, he dictates; that is what he does.

He'd also been in-active for two years, so why risk everything by going in all guns blazing? Mayweather fights for the W, not for the blood and guts attitidue displayed by guys like Gatti. It's one of his bigger positives, and one of my biggest qualms with him.

the run is exhausting like a mofo. I do HIIT uphill outside my house. When I'm done, I always just walk back inside and lay on the ground for a few minutes huffing for air :oops:

It espcially sucks now since the air is getting cold and thin :fire

Not to mention when Floyd felt he had softened JMM with the jab he did walk him down and make his back hit the ropes. Marquez was still ineffective

i understand that. everyone fights for the win. but if marquez didn't think of making the fight lively and just waited for floyd, this would be a damn snoozefest. i was not really blaming floyd but at least, being the naturally bigger man, he could have at least afforded to be more offensive and possibly stopped marquez with jmm landing some of his counters in return.

good and inteligent fight to get a win over an outsized and out-styled opponent but not a good fight for the paying fans.

if marquez has thought of doing the same and just waited for floyd to move forward, it might be a snoozefest and it might be an NC if both fighters refuse to engage and fight.

The way you beat a counterpuncher, is to make him lead.

Marquez isn't a conventional counterpuncher anyways, he's more agressive than that and fights from the pocket, rather than range. Mayweather made him lead, and then picked him apart.

    Nothing wrong with that.

 hell ya man. You're gasping for breath and it burns.

I prefer it over the treadmill as well too. I can't run as fast as I can on it, so I usually reserve it for long distance running. But everytime I run over 4 miles, it seems like my shins, ankles, knees or something will start to get messed up.
