Yeah, I mean, you basically accused this poor guy of making up this victory over this whoever guy and that's not right, Flea. That's very disrespectful, really.

    laughable comparison.

the number 1 ducked him in Bowe and then ducked him again in Tyson, the first time we had a number 1 willing to fight him (Holy) the fight took place.

Lennox proved more than Mayweather. I wouldn't put them in the same category. Lennox didn't have a great chin, but he fought some hard punching guys and he was hit, but he won the rematches against both. And coming back and fighting the best after those fights proves so much about his heart and perseverance. I don't see the same in Floyd. If Lennox were a welt. he would have fought Pacman already. He might have lost, but he would have fought him and maybe also a rematch. Lennox took chances. a legit top 10 heavyweight.

I don't know too many fighters who approach this sport as "legacy makers"...We're professionals. We fight. We train. We make money. We use the fame, when we get some, to make other stuff in our lives profitable. If we're super famous, we do our best to stay on TV to pay the bills. Some write books.

    It's a job, y'know? 9-5. Well, 5-6 or 7. It's not really a "calling" for 90+ percent of us. Even me. I love boxing. It's my life. I have a fun job. I'm lucky.

What I really like is your approach to spelling "Floid". What are you, a "neofrankenfrank?

its a shame bowe didnt defend his title against lewis in his 1st or 2nd defence, im my opinion, prime bowe destroys a green lewis who would then get ko'd by mccall.

in their primes it is a 50/50 fight

i dont think bowe was scared of lewis, nor do i believe when people say that lewis had bowe's number because he beat him in the olympics, and that tells us nothing other than that lewis had an olympic amount of experiance behind him compared to bowe.

i put the blame on rock newman, all he cared about is money and wanted risk free fights, but newman offered lewis the same amount of money bowe made against holyfield when he won the title, and lewis wanted more, then the WBC tried to make them lower the spilt etc and they threw the title in the bin.

bowes first defence doesnt have an explanation for fighting a shot dokes, but the reason he fought ferguson was because bowe and mercer had a fight lined up and mercer had to get through ferguson, and ferguson caused an upset and hence got a title shot.

lewis was no doubt the best heavyweights of the 90's and bowe was a waste of talent and had premature braindamege.

back on topic, lewis was unluck/lucky (which way you want) because he came in when fighters were leaving there primes and had a couple of set backs, in which he came back even better, like a true champ, mayweather has had numerous opponents who he could have fought in thier primes,

    Lewis>mayweather
