No he hasn't, and you got some nerve after GSP has been nursing a knee injury for the past year.......

I told you fools this would happen, hence JJ v Sonnen on TUF. But, some of you still font understand the fight game.

I think Dana wants the fight more than they do. Would love to see it though I wish they were closer in age. Would be amazing if it does happen but I can't see it. AS/GSP is much more likely.

I disagree, everyone and their Mama knows these are the two best in the world, and super fights demand super amounts of money $$$$. Ali, Tyson, DLH, GSP and Silva are all prizefighters. Trust me, big money is no insult to a prizefighter.

Dana aint gotta do ****, but make it happen. The fight sells itself, and thats why members on here throw a fit when the two say they won't fight.

The circus leading up to this point was very unnecessary and foolish. I honestly have no idea why anyone would believe Dana was protecting Silva's legacy. Protecting it from what, exactly?! One loss? Gee, let's try to convince the world Fedor isn't great since he's been stopped by lesser opponents a few times.

Everyone including Dana has suffered over the reality that Pacquiao-Mayweather will never happen. Do we really think Dana is going to have a repeat of the same letdown in the UFC? You have to consider his history of flip flops. When he says something is "never" going to happen...it has almost always happened eventually. I won't guarantee you will see Silva and Jones in the octagon but I know for a fact Dana is going to do whatever it takes to materialize a big money fight.

This is the fmj-pac of MMA.... lets see if Dana can put it together after running his mouth about boxing & that fight not happening.... I REALLY hope he can, it would be mega.

Its all about timing, Dana wants to squeeze more money from both guys because the moment they meet, Jones would certainly not look good and thus damaging Danas only cash cow (Since Andersons would probably retire).

The fight sells itself. White desperately wants it, and naturally there would be buckets of money involved. Big sticking point is neither Spider nor Jones seem to want the match-up.

It's hard for me to describe in words how happy I would be if this fight got made, I mean seriously i'd rather see this fight than ANYTHING else, Mayweather-Pacquiao means NOTHING to me compared to this fight.

In my whole life as a combat sports fan I think this would top everything for me apart from maybe Lewis-Tyson....Holy **** PLEASE make this fight Dana!!!

To be honest, as has already been alluded too, Dana HAS to make this fight happen, he's been highly critical of Mayweather-Pacquiao not fighting each other, if he makes this fight happen it's a MASSIVE one up on boxing.

Jones is talking about moving up to HW at the end of 2013, so they better do it now, or it will never happen.

Man can you imagine if Anderson put Jones to sleep then retired? the question of who is the GOAT would be finished forever apart from a few diehard fedor fanboys kicking around

we need to see Silva/GSP first then Silva/Jones. Then Anderson Silva can retire as the undisputed all time greatest MMA champion.

It amuses and saddens me that CLEARLY neither fighter wants this one to happen and Dana REALLY does, yet somehow it's Dana's fault that it's not signed yet. :patsch

They have both recently said that they are willing to fight each other.
