If he stays the champ for another 2-4 years beating any 2 of the following established fighters:

    Povetkin
    Pulev
    Haye (again)
    Chris Arreola

In addition beating any 2-3 of the following emerging prospects (disclosure: beating the more succesful prospects)

    Tyson Fury
    Robert Helenius
    David Price
    Seth Mitchell
    Dountry Wilder
    Denis Boytsov
    Vyacheslav Glazkov

In my opinion yes as far as a resume is concerned, wlad will always be top 15 H2H but resume wise it will be a very strong resume that will be recognized more so in the future rather than it is now.

I think it`s too early to rate him, but he has potential to be top 5

    No.

    Chin.
    Resume--losses and weak competition.
    No marquee performances.
    Awkward style.

    Absolutely top 20.
    Maybe top 15.
Pushing it at top 10, but 5 is a canon reserved for old fighters that weighed 187 lbs. and Muhammad Ali/Joe Louis.

Your poll options are stupid and you are a grub

Wlad is outside the top 10, but easily inside the top 20.

not at the moment, but if he keeps dominating the HW scene, I'd say for the next 4-5 years, he'll be in the top 5

at the moment, the best names for Wlad are Pulev, Price and Povetkin, after that maybe Arreola or even Fury

Haye is only good from a marketing point, as he would run his mouth to the weigh-in, and then once again get outpointed or even KO'd, since Wlad always does much better in rematches (Byrd, Brewster, Peter, Thompson)

Povetkin and Fury are the only meaningful fights left although Arreola and Mitchell would probably be good for his legacy since they are generally considered to be, along with Chambers, the best HWs in the US.
