    Noobie alert!
Geale can't break an egg and he has already lost his WBA title for refusing to fight GGG.That bum Mundine has even beaten him and may so again.

Actually, this is one of the rare times the word "duck" is being applied correctly on this board and newb comes on here to defend? :rofl

Well he did really. Golovkin fans call it a duck, Geale fans call it a smart business move. I don't blame him for avoiding GGG when he can make much more $$$ vs Mundine. He's earned the right to take that fight first after travelling to and winning in Germany twice.

i am a golovkin fan and i agree with you completely. I don't think he is ducking, sterum was ducking and now Geale is being effected by it.

He did, but alas he wanted more Money and to avenge his loss to glass jawed Mundine, if Geale wins against Mundine and does ducks him again, he needs to quit.

a rematch would have made sense had it been within a year or so, not 3 1/2 years to 4 years later and mundine coming up on his 38th birthday and having been knocked the **** out by 9-1-1 garth wood since. and people still want to see this?

    Yeah it's a duck...but a justified one.

He will make more money fighting Mundine than he would fighting Martinez and GGG combined...plus add to his brand in Australia where is he relatively unknown still, which in the long run will be better for his bank balance aswell.

This fight ensures his and his family's future...just look at Danny Green.

As much as I like Geale and want to root for him...Fighting GGG or Martinez is almost certain defeat, so I can't blame him for taking to money fight whilst it's still on the table.

damn shame Sturm was allowed to hold that belt for years and Geale is stripped as soon as he gets it

gotta agree with you never know which fight might be your last and making money in a winnable fight makes a lot more since then trying to prove something by facing GGG but most likely getting knocked out. I know the best should fight the best but it is a business.

I'm a fan of both and this isn't a duck. Sturm ducked and never wanted to risk it. Geale just wanted to get some money before the risk.

Guaranteed the WBA wouldn't be pushing for this if Sturm had walked away with the belt. :-(

I like how everybody just assumes GGG will KO him easily, Geale is a lot better than ****ing Proska & Ouma, GGG's 2 best wins, if Ouma could give him trouble I think Geale can beat him.

Maybe it's an Aussie thing? Didn't Mundane duck Kessler? Then again that may have been legit as Kessler scared the **** out of Mundane so hard that he dropped a whole weight class because of it. Now THAT is the definition of being scared shitless. :yep
