    Pacquiao is an ATG or PFP?

    Non-troll thread, hear me out.

    All of his career wins are versus fighters who are coming off beatings/bad losses, are clearly over the hill, and/or involve catch-weight stipulations/draining tactics. When he finally does fight an opponent whose not absolute garbage (Bradley/JMM) he looks mediocre again, even if said opponent has a torn ligament or is 38-39 years old.

    What gives? I don't see the "greatness."

    This is not a Floyd Mayweather thread. Please direct your attention to the above content and deliver thought-provoking, logical posts.

    tell us about your background as it relates to the sport of boxing....then maybe we can have an idea on the reason why you can't see "greatness" in Manny Pacquiao.

    Because people dont understand the art of matchmaking and the politics in boxing. They dont understand the flow on money in the industry and how that leads to hyped fighters.

    Pacquiao not an ATG? That is laughably stupid. The guy has a ridiculously stellar resume for this era no matter how much him/his team may have manipulated terms in fights.

    Let me just say

    Pacquiao has one of the finest resumes in boxing today

    Close fights with JMM only show the level of fighter he is as JMM is also a truly great boxer
