Do you hold Manny accountable when Arum refuses to negotiate and not make the fight? You say Manny calls the shots and if that is true then why isn't he calling Arum and forcing him to make the fight? I thought Manny wanted the fight?

Pac then stated he couldn't drug test because 14 days was "too close" after giving a BS cut off of 30 days. 30 days after he was busted giving blood for tests at 24 days for Hatton.
