Tye "Big Sky" Fields, seen here going TIMBERRRR against Monte Barrett. He was built up to be a monster, fighting stiffs and fat boys.

So, its ridiculous for any other fighter to get in the top 5 of SRR, Armstrong, Charles, Greb & Langford except for Benny Leonard ? :think

Ps. you need to do more research on Pep, he absolutely belongs with the best ever fighters.

Ha! You are just jealous becase they can hold onto titles for longer than a year and a half. Go put in your VHS tape of Tyson blasting out bums, old guys, and light heavyweights and pretend its impressive. Just ask you self...of the legit title holders in his era that won belts before mike was 30 (Spinks, Douglas, Holyfield, Moorer, Foreman, Lewis), how many did Mike fight? How many did he BEAT? Hmmm....who is over rated now?

Good one, good one. People have a massive tendency to over rate exciting power punchers before they have really proven themselves. All good power punchers (Liston, Foreman, Tyson, Tua, ect...) are wildly impressive can crushers. The better ones do it to near top opposition. Very rarly do they ever score a clean KO over an A+ opponent, for some reason.

Top 50? Absolutely, I would never deny that. A lot of people have him top 5, or even top 3. Not actual boxing reporters, but fans. That is crazily over-rated, clearly. At least to me and the record books. Know what Im saying or no?

That Ali Clown, how can you lose to Smokeless Joe Frazier, Hairy Larry Holmes, Tervor f'kn Berbick, Chinny Kenny Norton and Neon GD Leon SPINKS for cryin out loud and even be any GOOD much less GREAT?? Every day in every way boxing progresses - Clowns of the past - like ALi - are far to primitive to survive against even journeymen today. None of the guys that beat Ali would even be a ranked contender today - it's just absurd that people call him teh Greatnest with out falling out drunk...
