Against Wach there will about 6mil total income, his net income will be estimated between 2.5 and 3 mil.
The brothers are their own promoters, it means that they decide who are going to be their next oppnents, they are the organizers of the fights and they merchandise everything on their own. The most money is paid by tv companies. RTL pays Wladimir 3mil. for fighting Wach + 0.5mil international tv-merchandising (broadcasted in 150 countries).

The tv-station also pays for the show (fireworks), announcer Michael Buffer (20k Euros + two 1st class flights). RTL is refinancing with tv-ads (a 30-second commercial costs 125100 Euros on fight night).
The second important revenue-stream are sponsors. Wladimir represents McFit and Warsteiner (Gym and Beer), he earns about 3mil/year, that makes 1mil per fight in 2012.

Also 800000 Euros for the tickets (14000seats, sold out) and another 500000 Euros because of advertisements on the canvas (200000€) and his shorts (Mobilat, 300000€).
Everything combined equals 5,8mil on fightnight.

On the other hand there are expenses:
Wach gets 650000 Euros, the sanctioning bodies (IBF, WBA, WBO, IBO) get 400000 Euros. 100000 are payed for rent of the hall, the vip-party, training camp and judges. Klitschko also pays about 300000 Euros for his trainers and staff.
Combined costs are 1.85mil Euros, that means 3.95mil profit. After all deductions, taxes etc. there will be 2.5 - 3mil. left.

Income: TV RTL 3 Mil, TV international 0,5 Mil, Tickets 0,8 Mil, Sponsors 1 Mil, Ads(Canvas/Shorts) 0,5 Mil
Expenses: Wach 0,65 Mil, Sanctioning bodies 0,4 Mil, Trainer 0,3 Mil, Rent 0,1 Mil, VIP-Party 0,1 Mil, Training Camp 0,1 Mil, Judges 0,1 Mil, Miscellanous 0,1 Mil
    = 3.95 Mil profit.

Seems to make good sense to me. The fighters have always said that the advertised purse and what actually gets transferred into their bank account is very different. Can you explain?:think

TV RTL 3 Mil, That seems low if they can sell 14k tickets. Is RTL free TV? or maybe its the European economy.

I bet he got alot more fighting David Haye and I also bet that Wach throws a lot more punches than Haye did and is more aggressive.

After all of Haye's trash talking, it is clear it is what got him the fight to begin with but what is also what is stopping him from getting a re match at this moment.

RTL is a free to air broadcaster and it has been well known that the Klitschko's have just signed a 5 fight, 15 million Euro deal. So those figures are probably right.

I knew the Klitschko's made little compared to guys like Lewis, Holyfield, Tyson and Bowe but I didn't realise how little they really made. Back in the 90's challengers for the title would make more fighting the champion than the champions are making now and that's not taking inflation into account.

Just goes to show how little interest there is in the heavyweight division now compared to previous eras. Didn't Lewis make $10 million against Tucker way back in 93? Hell Tyson made $20 million against Spinks back in 88.
