JMM marquez and most of Nachos fighters are in the gym almost everyday. they just turn on the speed of the training when a fight comes up. Thats something everybody should do. if u stay in the gym allaround the year like amateurs does, u can be shour that ull be sharp in every fight.

 

Love the way he parries and slips punches. Scary in the second round when he decided to lay it on thick in an exchange, you could see the power.
