Hope he finally makes it back.

Hes pretty much the only fighter left at 168 for Ward to fight.

Andre's a disappointment. Threw his career away with some terrible decisions. Noone wants to take him seriously any more. So unfortunate.

    And?

Look at where is now, and where he could have been had he continued fighting regularly like he was supposed. The man is past his physical prime and hasn't had a single notable win (one that hasn't been shrowded with controversy, anyway). And isn't likely to get one in the next year or so, either. The top guys -- Kessler, Froch, Ward, etc -- aren't giving him a peep. The poor guy has almost become irrelevant.

He's been in non-stop sparring since he recovered. Wont be a big deal once he gets going again. No fighter at 168 can match his hand and footspeed.

It's not his physical prime that's of concern, it's his psychological prime.

I hope Dirrell gets a shot as Ward in the next year...the only guy I can see beating Ward and I think he beats Froch in a rematch(thought he beat Froch the 1st time)

When he schooled Froch infront of the same crowd who supposedly froze Bute and had him stumbling backwards in the 10th was alot more immature than what he will be after going through what he's been through. Especially with a Mayweather in his corner

Yawn. You need to go back to school if you think anyone was schooled in that mess of a fight. Andrea spent most his time on the floor. As for Floyd Sr being some kind of saviour; when's the last time he's worked miracles on anyone's career? All he does is ride the coat-tails of his son and his brother.

Froch made it ugly when he realized he was getting horribly outboxed. Tried the same wih ward and got bent over like a *****

Trained Dawson when he arguably had the best win of his career, and trained Oscar for probably the best stretch of his career 2001-2006. And basically made Floyd who Roger tweaked later.

Only real failure was Hatton. But more of Hatton being a British fraud with no skill than him. Cant turn a hoe into a housewife.

Anyways we will see. Watching Dirrell on the heavy bag you can see Floyds technique shing through

Dirrell made that fight ugly. No two ways about it. Fact remains Mayweather Sr hasn't done much of note in the past five or six years. Blame Hatton all you like now, AFTER the fact, but they were both singing from a different hymn sheet at the time. Fact remains, Dirrell is a glass-jawed joke with no heart, who can't sell tickets in his own back yard.
