never quite got that logic. they love cuba so much that they leave. he should be wearing red,white and blue trunks and thank god he doesnt get sent back to the island of misfit leaders.

With all due respect... it's difficult for me to believe that noone on that huge island will catch wind of this somehow. This will undoubtedly have an impact on the morale of those still dealing with the day-to-day struggles associated with a well-intentioned but fundamentally flawed system.

I'd support it I'm a fan regardless, nothing against my Cuban bros, but a fighter that talented and willing to fight anyone deserves alot of support. I know some, well ok, alot of my Mexican bros will disagree with me, but I'm a big fan of Abril and that dude deserves some support as well. I think Abril is right now the best and most overlooked fighter aside as the most proven aside from Gamboa who took on then unheralded now a monster Salido. Would of really loved a rematch with a much more confident, moral boosted Salido. Gamboa wasting his time with promises of Floyd, Pacman, even Jmm or Rios when Mikey Garcia, Siri Salido, Juanma Lopez, and Nonito they all waiting there for him. Should of stayed where he was at man. The $$$ and glory is there.
