It looks like something out of Star Trek.

They should use this poster for the Garcia rematch:

But Khan has had world class strength and conditioning coaches.

I find this story very hard to believe.

Huh? What "old school" tactic/training in the history of Boxing states that you don't need neck strength? Neck harnesses and "yes/nos" are staples in all Boxing gyms.

As for legs, every text I have read on Boxing speaks to training the legs. The only difference is that they recommend running, body weight squats, and rope skipping.

Interesting take on the "old school". :think

Roach is clearly overrated if he didnt address something as obvious as this

Tyson had the GOAT neck which is part of the reason why he was nearly invincible in his prime

Well his traps definitely looked bigger when at the wildcard, as did his legs.

Khan will need his chin removed and replaced with ceramic or plaster. His chin will always let him down. The end.

not even a few simple neck bridges that would take a total of 5 minutes a day

I have definetly without ANY dought at all seen videos of Khan training his neck. I remember, it was with that harness thing you strap on thing you attach weights to and he was lieing in the ring with his head and shoulders hanging off the edge of the ring bringing his chin in and out of his chest. I've seen doing that before and during his time with Roach I'm 100% on that.
