*Goes off to open up PP and bet365 accounts*

Skybet (my only account - I am a lazy gambler) are utter balls for UFC so I appreciate the pointers. Not sure about in-play though - by the time the main/co-main events are on, I'm about 6 coffees deep and desperately trying to keep my eyes open. This would produce huge potential for me being a bellend and doing something stupid. Mind you, my record when wide awake isn't exactly awe-inspiring so might give it a go. Just realised as well that due the event's location, it'll be mid afternoon UK time. Decent.

Re Gomi, yep, definitely no shame in losing to Florian and Diaz. Like you say, Danzig's record isn't exactly full of shining talent. Wiman's ok, and I think he fought - and lost to - Guida, but then so did Gomi. No impressive wins and nowhere near the level of opposition that Gomi has faced.

As for Le, I'm inclined to agree. I still think he'll get finished but the odds are certainly longer than I'd price them. Perhaps worth an interest bet as there's no value in the Franklin win. I like him (Le) as well. Remember the first time I saw him, and was like "what's that chubby fecker doing in the oct...holy ****! Wheel kick!"

As for the rest of the card, no f***ing clue

Doubled Tranmere and Burton for a bit of interest tonight, around 6/1.

Any thoughts on the markets that have come up for Ovil/Enzo?

    What's the best value?

    What's the most tempting?

I'm stuck between just going on Ovil to win, still at 1/2 with Sportingbet, the Ovil 1-6 at 6/4 (stoppage only is 4/6) or the over 7.5 at 8/13.

13/10 for ovill 1st 6 I think is good value, like you say if he's gonna win its gonna be then.

I can't forget what enzo was like against mcphilbin either, isn't this down at Lighy Heavy too?

Enzo is pretty likely to get knocked out early doors. Not a bad bet, makes total sense. If it doesn't come off I don't think any large error will have been made.

I've put £100 on it now at 13/10 before it gets hammered, which I suspect will happen.

You just can't help but reckon that he'll be tight at the weight - he's never made 175 in his career.... he's had 8 months off and in his last fight was basically done inside a round by a relative novice.

Ovil isn't a world beater but he's tough and has a good dig, especially early.... essentially he's a better fighter than McPhilbin in all departments.

Remember Mares is fighting at home and is one of golden boy promotions
favotite fighter, so unless Moreno wins by KO or just really walks through Mares which I doubt eather happens he will lose.

I doubt either of those happens either, but I'm not sure they're the only outcomes to consider.

Mares is a very technically correct all-round fighter, but Moreno is a lot more advanced IMO.

Look at it this way...match these two up...who gives the other more to think about? We have to look at Top Rank to think of something Abner presents that is a real and substantial problem for Moreno.

Had 50 on ovill 1-6. If it loses get 50 free bet so not too bad,but TBH if I could afford to lose more at the minute I'd be having more on.

I've got free bets up to £100 if I place something at evens or greater with Betfred.

It's not matched, I just get credits on my account to use.

I've had a really good run in the last two or three weeks, so I want to find something relatively safe to risk my £100 on, then use the freebies at a fiver a week for my football accumulators to the end of the season.
