Well, Pac is probably more respected given that he is the quiet, likeable fighter who has turned his career around and become one of the best P4P fighters of our modern era. Mayweather will always be derided because of his brash, arrogant and sometimes vulgar nature. Still, you can't knock his talent or skill. If they ever did fight, Mayweather would beat ac quite handily in my opinion.

You're selling Pac short here. Also, I do wonder just how much of Pac's career you've actually seen.

i respect pacquiao more as a person because he comes across more humble than mayweather. but i think floyd is the superior boxer of the two, so i respect his skillset more than mannys.

In terms of the public, Manny easily. In regards to boxing, it is Mayweather.

Pacquiao hands down. Fighting Barrera/Morales/Marquez all these times alone made him a first ballot hall of famer. I'm not a fan of the factors involved with his fights as he moved up in weight, particularly the catchweights. But hes gone above and beyond.

Mosley was coming off a very good win. It's been reduced a bit, but still a very good win. He should have retired after Mayweather not before. Nice try though.

Don't like either as people, both irritating

As fighters, respect Floyds ability, immense so got to be him

Pac is overrated a bit (as can be seen in the Hamed vs Pac threads), has never beaten JMM for me, his catchweight fights are a bit tainted, and he always has the cloud of PED hanging over him.
