He makes "mistakes" on all too frequent basis. If I made as many mistakes as he does in my job, I wouldn't have a job any more.

I admit that we can all make mistakes, none of us are perfect.

With most things in life we deserve a second chance.

But sometimes we make too many mistakes and we must not be allowed to make those same mistakes again.

IJL has now made too many high profile mistakes (not to mention the ones we don't really talk about), he has to go.

To say that its not that bad because the boxers still got their payday is frankly naive.

What about the wasted training camp?

What about the excesses that their bodies (and minds) were put through for no good reason?

Boxers only have so many training camps in them, each one takes a little from the tank that may never be replaced.

And particularly with boxers at the end of their career like Enzo, that camp could have been his last chance.

    And what about the fans?

Yes paramount to everything is the boxers health of course, but boxing is a sport and a business and the fans deserve better.

IJL has spoilt a fair few nights of boxing for me now and I'm sure I'm not the only one, this cannot be allowed to continue.

So no Sir this is not a witch hunt, this is a call for action to be taken against an individual who is no longer fit to do his job.

    End of.

At the end of the day ... its his job to make the right decisions, and it seems week in week out hes making mistakes either as a judge or a referee.

Any one of us has probably made mistakes at work and learned from it, but if we continued to make mistakes we would end up having to look for other employment.

That does not seem to be happening with this guy because it seems these people in boxing can do as they please and are not accountable for anything.

Its a ridiculous scenario tbh ...and it does nothing for the improvement of such things.

I agree, and you will only get ridiculed for saying it. I don't think it was a bad stoppage, he just wasn't decisive enough, he didn't know what to do as he moved in to have a look. He looked like a trembling mess and this isn't the first time. Near enough every fight I've seen with him as Ref he has been awful. But we all make mistakes, some just more than others, but the armchair experts on here shouldn't be slaughtering the man, you disrespectful f*cking pricks. Some of you lot would have seen him dead last night, but your all just a bunch of fat arse talkers, thats all you ever do is talk, talk, talk, and as soon as you disagree with someone on here, "They are a f*cking troll"....kind of sums up the way society is.

Bunch of f*cking zombies, stick to watching xfactor, leave us to the boxing.
    :tired:tired:tired

The ref should be suspended and put on another course, like a driver being caught driving badly. Simple as. But it doesn't need the sicko's on here to call for it, he probably feels he has done wrong and deal with it himself as a man....and that won't be on the ridicule of some on here. :deal

    I kind of agree.

It wasnt the worst stoppage i've seen, and I genuinely believe Enzo was going to be taken out soon after it anyway. Enzo's reputation preceded him here unfortunately.

But in reality, it was a fairly weak stoppage not helped by the uncertainty in IJL when halting the contest. He should be took of title fights for a few months IMO and given extra training on lower bill fights.

Sacking him (or beheading him as I heard one poster on here say yesterday :-() would be harsh, after all his main priority is the fighters health. Enzo cannot take a shot no more, that was the topic of discussion prior to the fight on here and you can bet your life thats what was playing on IJL's mind when he halted proceedings

Yet only one of us took more than a sentence to go on about it.
